The South Wales Argus Awards Scheme

Freemasons of Monmouthshire have been very supportive of the excellent South Wales Argus Awards Scheme over the last several years and are delighted to continue its sponsorship of this well founded promotional scheme.

By virtue of its various Awards Schemes, the South Wales Argus firmly promotes the principle of 'excellence in standards’ in our society and local communities, thereby encouraging high standards in such vital areas as education, health business, etc.

In our desire to both maintain and strengthen our ties with our local communities and together with the South Wales Argus we fully support and encourage the pursuit of excellence in all walks of life thereby enabling Freemasons to both fully support and assist those communities, most particularly the young, the most vulnerable, those who are unwell, the disadvantaged and the elderly towards a better life.

In the last 12 months we have proudly supported the "Pride of Gwent" Awards and sponsored categories in the "Health and Care Awards" (Together We Achieve) and the "Schools and Education” Awards (New Teacher of the Year).

We firmly believe that these awards schemes greatly contribute through competition to the raising of standards throughout our communities in the pursuit of excellence. Keep up your good work South Wales Argus!
